1970’s House Renovation 

A complete overhaul of this typical 1970s bungalow included integrating new feature full height Apex windows to capture the views out over the nearby White lough fishery. This design was unique to the site to reflect its hillside topography and South facing orientation.
Extending the living space into what was the original attached garage helped utilise existing space and gain an additional two bedrooms while freeing up floor area in the main living space to provide an open plan kitchen lounge. Replacing the outdated slap-dash plaster and rooftiles with more contemporary finishes completed this transformation and help secure its suitability to modern living for years to come.
