This building, formerly known as The Diamond and then Curran’s Pub, had previously undergone a transformation into a town house in the 1990’s. After years of neglect, the rundown building laid derelict for over a decade. The challenge for Concept 44 was to breathe new life into this building to create two modern town houses catering to contemporary living needs.
The structure and interior was reimagined to create two spacious town houses, each thoughtfully designed to meet the demands of modern urban dwellers.
To optimise liveability, the internal and external layout was meticulously planned. The town houses were designed to make the most of every inch, featuring large kitchen and living room areas on the ground floor, providing ample space for relaxation and socialising.
What was once a derelict eyesore has become a vibrant living space.
